A vigorous alpine with a mat-forming or trailing habit that forms carpets of semi-evergreen rounded to ovate foliage. From summer to autumn, Campanula poscharskyana ‘Hirsch Blue’ is studded with upward-facing, starry, violet-blue flowers over a long period. Vigorous and free flowering, Campanula poscharskyana ‘Hirsch Blue’ requires little maintenance once established. At its best when trailing from stone walls and steps, creeping through rockeries or filling the gaps between paving stones. Height: 30cm (12in). Spread: 60cm (24″).
