Order Processing: 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Delivery Destinations: Worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions)

    Carried by DHL or FedEx
    Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
    Carried by EMS
    Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. International shipments may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Eden Yard Zone purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll help cultivate a solution:

Return Policy Highlights

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Free returns for damaged or incorrect items
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
  • Some live plants cannot be returned (see below)

Our 3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Order number and date
  • Product name(s) and quantity
  • Reason for return (damaged/incorrect/unsatisfactory)
  • For exchanges: your preferred replacement item

Step 2: Packaging & Return Shipping

  • Live plants: Repackage carefully using original containers, keep root ball moist, include plant tags
  • Garden furniture: Disassemble if possible and package securely
  • Return shipping: We provide prepaid labels for our errors. Otherwise, customers cover return costs

Step 3: Inspection & Processing
Items are inspected at our Cardiff nursery within 3 business days of receipt. We’ll email confirmation when:

  • Your refund is being processed
  • Your exchange is being prepared
  • Or if there are any issues with your return

Non-Returnable Items

To protect plant health and comply with agricultural regulations, these items cannot be returned unless dead on arrival:

  • All live plants (fruit trees, berry plants, perennials)
  • Custom or made-to-order garden furniture
  • Products without original packaging/tags

For DOA plants, contact us within 48 hours with photos for replacement.

Refund Information

  • Processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days after return approval
  • Shipping fees non-refundable (unless return is due to our error)
  • International refunds may take additional processing time (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)

Exchange Policy

Most non-plant items can be exchanged within 15 days, subject to availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or garden credit.

International Returns

  • Customer responsible for return shipping and customs fees
  • Original shipping fees non-refundable
  • Phytosanitary documentation required for plant returns
